Having been recognised with a MBE in 2019 for his work helping individuals and organisations understanding and removing barriers regarding disabled peoples issues in the community, 50% of Andy’s work is delivering keynotes, facilitation/chair duties and workshops supporting teams across the UKwithin the public sector & N.H.S. Over the past 15 years he has worked with 1000’s of professionals ranging from nurses and clinicians, to managers and finance directorates, helping leaders teams and individuals to cope with a changing environment, sharing his unique perspectives through lived experiences working alongside public sector team networks and retrospectively having the insightful knowledge of receiving services as a client.
